Refund policy

When Stars Align Studio is committed to ensure that You, our valued Clients, enjoy your purchase. We extend to all clients the following exchange and refund policy under the following stipulated terms:


All Masks comes with a Ten (10) working days exchange/repair should you experience either of the following:

1) Damage to the straps

2) Size is incorrect


All Filters are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, for hygiene purposes.

For other merchandises, When Stars Align Studio will offer a full refund or exchange, delivery covered, once a request is submitted by Ten (10) working days from the date of delivery/self pick up should the purchase be damaged upon receiving the item. 


When Stars Align Studio will offer an exchange once a request is submitted by Thirty (30) working days from the date of delivery/self pick up should you be the recipient of the gift and would like to exchange with a gift of similar value under the following circumstances:

1) You have received a misallocated horoscope gift, and do not like the items in the gift set that you received. (e.g. you are a virgo but someone gifted you an item that is for Leo).

2) You are allergic to the item(s)


For exchange of gifts, you are welcomed to visit our office for an exchange. Should you prefer to exchange the items via delivery, When Stars Align will cover half (50%) of delivery charges incurred to When Stars Align, and back to the client. For exchange of gifts of a higher value, clients will need to bear the difference of the new and exchanged product(s). Unfortunately, there will not be any refund should you select a lower valued item for the exchange.

All exchanges and refunds are to be returned, in their original packaging, in their unused state, back to When Stars Align, within Five (5) working days from the date which an exchange or refund request have been submitted.


Made to order items are considered final sales, and are not eligible for exchange or refund.


All sales items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless the purchase(s) are damaged upon receiving the item.
